Cancellation & No Show Policy

At Nail Salon by Hailey Refa we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our valued clients.
To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and fairness to both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following Cancellation & No Show Policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:
   1.1. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
   1.2. Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any charges or penalties.
   1.3. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.
   1.4. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services.

2. No Show Policy:
   2.1. A "no show" is defined as a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.
   2.2. Clients who are marked as a "no show" will be subject to a no-show fee.
   2.3. The no-show fee will be 100% of the total cost of the scheduled services.

3. Rescheduling Appointments:
   3.1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
   3.2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
   3.3. Clients who reschedule their appointments within the notice period will not incur any charges or penalties.
   3.4. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the cancellation fee.

4. Exceptions:
   4.1. We recognize that emergencies or unforeseen events may occur, and we will take such situations into consideration.
   4.2. If you encounter an extraordinary circumstance that prevents you from canceling or attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

Please note the following important points:

• Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.

• The cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or may be required to be paid prior to future appointments.

• Repeat cancellations or no-show occurrences may result in limitations on future bookings.

• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be considered a no-show, and their slot may be given to another client.
